Getting started in the animation industry isn't easy. I know because I started just like you: passionate, hardworking, but struggling to find the right guidance.
Fast forward to today: I've worked with top studios like Agora Studio, Company 3, and Magic Media. I've animated characters like The Hulk and Iron Man, worked on projects featured on Disney+ and Paramount+, and collaborated with Carlos Baena on La Noria—a short film that won over 100 awards worldwide.
I trained at Animation Mentor, and after years of work, I've had the opportunity to become an animator supervisor, and director, reviewing countless portfolios and guiding teams on big productions. Along the way, I've learned why some animators get hired... and why others don't.

How Does It Work?
1 - Goals Registration
Duration : 1 hour
Before starting, you will complete an evaluation form to help us understand your goals, current level, and challenges.
- What are your goals in animation?
- Where do you think you are in your career?
- What challenges or blockers have you faced so far?
This helps us customize the mentorship from day one.
2 - Level Evaluation
Duration : 1 week - 3 tests
Initial Evaluation (1 Week, 3 Tests)
You will complete three animation tests in one week to determine your real skill level.
Align your perception with your actual skill level
Identify your strengths and areas for improvement
The goal here is not to judge you, but to establish a solid starting point.
1 week - 3 tests
3 - Learning Plan Creation
Duration : 1 week
Based on your level, we design a personalized program tailored to your specific goals and needs each month.
It takes normaly 3 months to move a level but it can take longer depending on your goals and dedication.
Specific exercises to help you improve faster, based on your level.
Animation principles applied to real projects
Exercises based on real life situations, not practice tests.
No unnecessary theory—only what truly helps you improve in animation.
4 - Putting Plan Into Action
Duration : 1 month
We have all the tools to help you put your plan into action. But it depends on your commitment and dedication to the results you will get.
5 - Follow Up
Duration : 2 hours - 3 months after completion.
Three months after completing the mentorship, we will have a follow-up call to check in on your progress and assess how the mentorship has helped you.
